Kristen recently joined Vision Search Partners as Manager, Candidate Development. She leverages both her extensive accounting/finance background and her professional network to ensure excellence in search fulfillment. Prior to joining VSP, Kristen spent 12 years in FP&A at Home Box Office providing financial and strategic support for HBO consolidated five-year plans, General Management, Staff, and Original Programming. Prior to HBO, Kristen spent four years with Deloitte, auditing high profile clients across the gaming, hospitality and consumer products sectors. She is a very proud Villanova alumni, NYC native, and mother of three.
