Meet Our Team

Tom joined Vision Search Partners in 2022 after spending almost thirty years in financial leadership roles. After eleven years with Deloitte, Tom held several leadership positions at GE, including divisional CFO and Vice President of Transaction Advisory. After GE, Tom went on to CFO roles at start-ups and PE backed companies. His deep industry experience enables him to thoroughly understand the nuance of each search, allowing him to more effectively guide clients in selecting the right candidate.
