Aileen Mikolajczyk
Manager, Candidate Development
Aileen joined Vision Search Partners in 2019 and is responsible for permanent candidate development initiatives. Aileen leverages her deep functional expertise to identify and recruit in-demand candidates for some of our most complex searches. Prior to joining Vision Search Partners, Aileen worked in corporate finance for 14 years in positions of increasing responsibility with IBM and Cycling Sports Group. Her high-touch approach and keen attention to detail make her an invaluable asset to the firm.
