Katy recently joined Vision Search Partners as Manager, Candidate Development. Prior to joining Vision Search Partners, Katy spent seven years managing full-cycle recruiting for clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to fast-growing fintech startups. She has partnered with organizations such as Arrow Electronics, Auth0, Sageworks, Rivian and TMX Finance, consistently delivering high-quality candidates across a variety of industries. Her deep understanding of client needs, coupled with her ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring teams, allows her to consistently deliver top-tier results.
