VSP was charged with recruiting an industry professional who would build-out the financial infrastructure to support significant anticipated growth. Within 51 days, VSP introduced seven candidates, of which five were interviewed and one was hired. The entire process, from signed engagement letter to executed offer letter, took 70 days.
