Bill Bardani
Managing Partner
Bill is a former PwC CPA who founded Vision Search Partners in 2000. He provides overall leadership and strategic direction to the business while nurturing many of the firm’s long-standing client relationships. He has been instrumental in the development of the firm’s Knowledge Network programs. More recently, Bill helped to launch the firm’s interim and project-based staffing service offering. Bill’s high-touch, qualitative approach has allowed him to thrive for over twenty years in the highly competitive and volatile search industry.
