Knowledge sharing forums for like-minded professionals

your Peers
The Knowledge Network program was created by Vision Search Partners to address the knowledge-sharing needs of professionals who lack an internal peer network within their companies. The complimentary program provides engagement opportunities for professionals to process issues, gain career insights, cultivate career-long professional networks, share best practices and solve problems that are relevant to their businesses and functional areas. By leveraging their professional relationships, Vision Search Partners is able to offer Knowledge Network participants access to their peers and industry leaders through high-quality programs that deliver significant short and long-term professional benefits.
The CFO Knowledge Network consists of financial executives from emerging and middle market companies who share ideas and experiences about common challenges and current trends. Programs have included sessions geared towards broad groups, such as non-dilutive growth capital, as well as those targeting niche audiences, such as female financial leaders in the private equity industry.
The Talent Acquisition Knowledge Network is a peer network of talent acquisition and human resources professionals who represent their companies on the front lines in the war for talent. Programs are designed to facilitate the sharing of knowledge and best practices in order to better equip these professionals to attract and retain top talent.
The Controllership Knowledge Network consists of financial leaders from companies with robust and sophisticated controllership functions. Participants discuss best practices around a wide range of topics, including accounting policy treatments, financial systems optimization, internal controls, internal & external audit management, internal staffing & development and career planning.
