Matt joined Vision Search Partners in 2002. He leads C-Level searches for VSP’s emerging and mid-market clients and helps larger companies find functional leaders within accounting, finance, audit, treasury and tax. Matt’s extensive professional network allows him to introduce full slates of candidates quickly, often within the first ten days of a search. He is skilled at managing complex search assignments and at establishing alignment between candidates and clients. Prior to VSP, Matt served as a corpsman for a Marine Corps infantry platoon. Matt coordinates Toys for Tots collection for the town of Wilton, Connecticut.
