Prior to joining VSP in 2021, Simi served as a Managing Director with a national financial staffing firm. In her seven years with the firm, Simi oversaw interim, permanent and temp-to-perm searches for clients in the manufacturing, construction, wholesale and public accounting sectors. She currently executes search fulfillment initiatives for VSP and has distinguished herself by filling some of the firm’s most challenging assignments.
