Vin Licari
Director, Recruiting
Vin is an industry veteran with decades of accounting & financial search expereience who has built a loyal following among both candidates and clients. For thirty-five years, he served as a partner and co-founder in a regional financial search firm, developing a reputation for providing both best-in-market client service and thoughtful career counseling to accounting professionals. For VSP, Vin does a little bit of everything – including client service, candidate development and providing guidance to the firm’s partners.
