A multi-billion-dollar consumer products company headquartered in Connecticut engaged Vision Search Partners to recruit an Americas Controller. The company sought a seasoned leader capable of overseeing accounting and reporting across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America while driving process standardization, automation, and internal control enhancements. VSP produced five highly qualified candidates from which the new Controller was selected, and the search was completed in 71 days.

A publicly traded high-tech manufacturer engaged Vision Search Partners to recruit a VP, Corporate Controller to lead its global accounting and reporting function. The company sought a technically strong and operationally focused leader capable of overseeing complex accounting matters, strengthening internal controls in a SOX-compliant environment, and serving as a key liaison to the Audit Committee and Board.
