Candidate Sourcing Managers are responsible for developing candidate pipelines by identifying, engaging, and qualifying talent across active searches, while also coordinating interviews and process tracking.

  • Identify and engage prospective candidates through targeted outreach, leveraging recruiting technologies and digital sourcing tools
  • Build and manage candidate pipelines aligned with active searches to ensure consistent coverage and timely delivery
  • Conduct initial candidate interviews and assess qualifications and interest
  • Ideal for tech-savvy professionals with prior accounting/finance or sourcing experience
