Summary

The current environment for global trade is facing an extraordinary degree of uncertainty. Tariff policy is shifting rapidly and unpredictably, often in response to fast-moving geopolitical and economic developments. For executives in manufacturing and industrial companies, this volatility presents a unique set of challenges, including sudden cost increases, supply chain disruption and margin pressure.

At our next session, Tariffs, Trade & Turbulence, we will host an open, peer-driven dialogue on how executives are responding to the rapidly evolving tariff / cross border related challenges. While clear solutions may be elusive given the unpredictable nature of trade policy, we will explore strategies to assess and mitigate risk, preserve financial flexibility and communicate effectively with boards and leadership teams during this period of disruption. We will also hear about the tools available from the State of Connecticut to “tariff proof” your business.

During this session executives will share ideas on how their organization is addressing these challenges so attendees will gain valuable insight into emerging best practices, creative workarounds and potential pitfalls to avoid.

Manufacturing financial executives interested in attending should RSVP to Bill Bardani (bill.bardani@visionsearchpartners.com).
