Jessica joined Vision Search Partners in 2024 as a Manager of Candidate Development. In this role, she identifies and recruits top-tier candidates, drawing from her wealth of expertise and experience in accounting and auditing. Before joining Vision Search Partners, Jessica spent ten years in the audit practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she served a diverse portfolio of public, private, and nonprofit clients.
