Vision Search Partners Joins CBIA’s Manufacturing Bus Tour for Third Consecutive Year
As a Connecticut-based executive search firm, we have a deep appreciation for the manufacturing industry and the vital role it plays in driving economic growth, innovation, and job creation throughout our state and the broader region.
Manufacturing is a significant focus of our executive search practice, where we have the privilege of partnering with outstanding companies to recruit CFOs and senior finance leaders. Many of these organizations have rich histories, exceptional products, and a longstanding commitment to innovation, quality, and continued growth.
We take great pride in helping these businesses build strong financial leadership teams that support their strategic objectives and long-term success.
Our Partner, Tom Iacono, was pleased to participate in the kickoff of CBIA’s Manufacturing Bus Tour Series for the third consecutive year. It’s a tremendous opportunity to connect with industry leaders, celebrate Connecticut’s manufacturing community, and recognize the companies and people driving this important sector forward.
We remain committed to supporting Connecticut’s manufacturers and helping them attract the financial leadership talent they need to thrive.
Thank you to CBIA for its continued leadership and advocacy on behalf of Connecticut’s manufacturing community!
