We are pleased to announce the successful completion of our client’s Senior Controller search.
Our client, a founder-led consumer goods distributor generating approximately $50M in annual revenue, sought a finance leader to succeed a retiring incumbent and help elevate the finance function to support the company’s next phase of growth.
The organization required an experienced accounting executive capable of strengthening financial operations while serving as a strategic partner to ownership and executive leadership. Key initiatives included optimizing the company’s utilization of NetSuite to accelerate the monthly close process, driving automation and process improvement efforts, enhancing cost visibility across the business, and taking a more active role in budgeting and financial planning activities.
