Great insights at yesterday’s CBIA Economic Summit + Outlook 2025. Happy to hear of Gov. Lamont’s commitment to the spending cap. Excellent presentation from Jack Mahoney at Indeed. The anticipated downward trend in the labor force participation rate beginning in 2026 is concerning, although I have to wonder whether AI will fill that void.
