In May 2025, Larry joined Vision Search Partners as a Practice Lead focused on building a strong presence in the New York and New Jersey markets. He draws on his experience cultivating and growing high-performing teams and nurturing lasting relationships to help clients identify the right talent to drive real business value. Larry brings a forward-thinking, data-informed, and people-centered approach to every initiative with proven success across recruiting strategy, business operations, audit, regulatory compliance and financial reporting.

Larry is a native New Yorker from Middle Village, Queens, where he currently resides. Larry attended Archbishop Molloy HS and St. John’s University where he received an MS in Accountancy in 2014.

Larry is a dynamic and strategic CPA with a strong foundation in accounting, operations, and talent development. He is passionate about unlocking potential—individual and organizational. He has led transformative efforts in recruiting, workforce deployment, and performance management.

Larry began his career in public accounting at Deloitte in the financial services audit and assurance practice. He remained at Deloitte for 5 years, serving assurance clients in the banking and capital markets sector. Larry moved to the Siegfried Group in 2019, starting out as a professional resource providing advisory services to clients across the financial services and gaming industries. He quickly discovered his passion for people and moved internally to work on the business in a director of people, operations and culture role for several years. Before leaving Siegfried in 2024, he helped the firm reimagine and reconstruct its overall recruiting strategy and spearheaded the roll-out and talent development of this strategy, while creating reporting, forecasting and budgeting for this key firm initiative.

In addition to his professional career, Larry became a published author in 2022 when he released Two. Three.: Who is the G.O.A.T.?, a work comparing the careers of basketball greats, Michael Jordan and LeBron James. In his free time, Larry is an avid golfer and enjoys traveling to play some of the world’s most spectacular courses like Bethpage Black, Torrey Pines, TPC Scottsdale, Pebble Beach, The Links at Spanish Bay and many others.
