Jon Teel
Manager, Business Development
Jon joined Vision Search Partners in 2022 and is responsible for driving growth in the interim/project-based staffing practice. Prior to joining Vision Search Partners, Jon spent two years as Director of Recruitment and Selection at a Fortune 100 insurance and investment firm and two years as an Executive Recruiter for a nationwide accounting/finance search firm. Jon is skilled at helping clients to better define their needs, ensuring a more successful interim placement. Jon enjoys spending time with his wife Regan, young son James, and their two dogs Lawrence and Penelope.
