Coleen Trombley
Director, Interim Staffing
Coleen joined Vision Search Partners in the Spring of 2021 and leads the firm’s interim/project-based staffing practice. She assists clients with securing interim CFOs, Controllers and CPAs, as well as professionals with an expertise in finance and accounting. Coleen has more than 15 years of experience in interim staffing, which allows her to serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and candidates alike, especially those who are new to consulting and the process. Prior to joining VSP, Coleen spent 13 progressive years with a national staffing firm, where she was a top producing recruiter, corporate trainer, and manager.
