Holding company with growing portfolio of entrepreneurial B2B technology service companies engaged VSP to identify a VP Finance who would standardize accounting policies and procedures, implement KPI and improve reporting across the portfolio. VSP recruited a VP Finance who built the FPA function from scratch within a “unicorn” technology start-up. The successful candidate was introduced on the ninth day of the search.

The company needed an accomplished Controller to revamp the company’s close and financial reporting processes. VSP delivered a CPA with highly-relevant experience in developing process, structure and control in high-growth environments. The selected candidate was introduced by VSP within one week after the commencement of the search and, upon starting, immediately improved the quality and timelines of the financial reporting process.

Company sought a financial leader who would increase financial transparency and provide actionable business intelligence. VSP delivered a fast-track manufacturing finance professional with a “business partner’s” approach to the finance function. The selected candidate was one of five interviewed candidates submitted within twelve days after commencing the search.

We were tasked with identifying and attracting someone to manage projects to update guidance related to revenue recognition and share-based payments. Private Equity Backed Industrial Roll-Up

Major private equity sponsor engaged VSP to identify a platform company CFO who would execute and integrate complimentary acquisitions with a goal of 10x revenue growth over a five-year period. VSP recruited the former CFO from the leader in the company’s industry who had scaled his organization to support numerous acquisitions over a twenty-year period. The successful candidate was introduced on the sixteenth day of the search.

For a regional banking conglomerate, VSP was tasked with identifying a second-in-command for a sprawling human resources group who would streamline HR processes and improve both employee engagement and internal customer service. VSP identified a VP of HR with a track record of building best-in-class HR functions in both entrepreneurial and established organizations. The successful candidate was introduced on the fourth day of the search.

Firm sought a financial leader who would build the finance function from scratch while providing transparency to investors and developing internal financial processes and controls.
